"I had to contact them about..."
I had to contact them about a warranty issue, the whole process felt like a runaround. Replies were slow, and I never really got a clear answer about what was going on. Maybe it’s fine if you never need support, but based on my experience with the warranty side of things, I’m not planning to buy from them again.

"Packaging was okay, I guess"
The box showed up dented, which wasn’t great. I guess the packaging still did its job since the item wasn’t totally ruined, but I wouldn’t exactly call it impressive

"Not a whole lot to choose from"
I was trying to find a few ag parts and just couldn’t track down half of what I needed. They had some of this and that, but not enough for what I was looking for

"Super helpful staff, just a little slooow"
The staff definitely seemed like they knew what they were talking about, which was nice. I did have to ask a couple times before I got really clear answers though, so it felt a bit slooow. Overall not bad at all, I just wish the advice came a little quicker.

"Checkout Nearly Sent Me Over the Edge"
I tried ordering from Mid-South Ag, and wow, the checkout process was an absolute nightmare. Every time I put in my shipping info, the whole thing just froze like it had given up on life. I had to type everything in twice, and even then I had no clue if my payment actually went through or if my order disappeared into the void. After fighting with it way longer than any human should have to, I gave up and bought from somewhere else

"Good stuff, but shipping was a bit much"
I liked what I got and the quality was solid, but the shipping cost was higher than I expected. A friend actually recommended this to me, and I’m glad I tried it, just wish the delivery fee had been a little lower.

"Felt stuck after paying too much"
I felt kind of trapped after placing my order with Mid-South Ag. The prices were higher than I expected for what I actually received, and once it arrived, I just didn’t feel like I got much value out of it. I kept thinking maybe I had missed something, but overall it just didn’t seem worth the money. I probably wouldn’t order from them again.

"Disappointing return and refund process"
I ordered a part from Mid-South Ag, but once it arrived, I realized it wasn’t the right one for what I needed. I figured returning it would be straightforward, but unfortunately it turned into a much bigger hassle than I expected.

The communication was really disappointing. Emails took a while to get answered, and when I did get replies, they felt short and not very helpful. I had to keep following up just to get basic updates about the refund.

By the time the refund finally came through, it had taken longer than I thought it should, and I still ended up losing some money. Overall, it left a bad impression, and I don’t see myself ordering from them again.

I was really disappointed when my order showed up with the wrong parts. I was expecting to be able to get started right away, but now I have to deal with getting it fixed. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for...

"Tech support left me frustrated"
I reached out to their tech support thinking it would be a quick fix, but it ended up being a lot more frustrating than I expected. The replies took a while, and when I did hear back, the answers didn’t really solve the issue I was dealing with.

After going back and forth, I basically had to sit down and figure most of it out on my own, which was annoying. Maybe someone else might have a better experience, but for me, it just wasn’t helpful.

"Decent order, but shipping could be more responsible"
Everything I ordered arrived in good shape, so I’ll give credit where it’s due. That said, the shipping was slower than I expected, and I didn’t get much communication for a few days, which didn’t feel very considerate. I don’t think every order has to arrive overnight, but keeping customers updated feels like the fair thing to do. Overall, not a bad experience, just not one I’d choose if I needed something quickly

I checked the prices here and they just weren’t great. I found the exact same parts cheaper on another site, and the price difference was enough that it didn’t make sense to buy here. I kept comparing, and the prices here still came out higher, so I ended up ordering somewhere else.

"Mostly Accurate, but I Had to Double-Check"
The product info was mostly right, but one spec was missing, which made me a little suspicious. I ended up calling just to make sure before trusting it. Not a bad experience overall, but they definitely need to keep the details updated

"Parts are never in stock"
I was trying to order a few parts I needed, but pretty much everything I checked was out of stock. I reached out by email too, and the replies felt like they were coming from a robot instead of an actual person, which made the whole thing even more frustrating.

"Website was frustrating to use"
I tried using midsouthag.com on my phone and it was annoying. The pages felt slow, the menus weren’t very clear, and I kept having to go back and forth just to find basic info. On top of that, the reminders felt way too pushy, like they kept popping up or nagging me when I was already having trouble getting around the site. I eventually gave up. It really needs a cleaner layout and a less aggressive approach with the reminders.
